At Createx Colors, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of:

- Unopened, unused products

- Returned within 30 days of purchase

- In original packaging and resalable condition

 

We cannot accept returns of:

- Opened paint, reducers, or additives

- Used items

- Partial sets

 

2. Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email customerservice@createxcolors.com

2. Provide order number and reason for return

3. Await return authorization

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

 

5. Non‑Returnable Items

- Opened liquids (paint, reducers, additives)

- Clearance items

- Gift cards
