Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. High‑volume periods may cause slight delays.

 

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via FedEx. Customers are presented with available FedEx shipping options during checkout.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated in real time based on:

- Package weight

- Destination

- FedEx rates

 

Createx Colors has no control over FedEx pricing.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a FedEx tracking number via email.

 

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional fees from FedEx due to address corrections may be charged to the customer.

 

6. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
